Hi, I’m home from winter break and am really missing the gym at my school. Any suggestions for a good, advanced cardio workout DVD? I really like to break a sweat when I run at school, and usually leave the gym dripping wet. However, I can’t run in my neighborhood (safety issues), and would like a good workout DVD. I use to do the TurboJam DVDs in high school, but they seem too easy now, and not enough cardio. Any suggestions?
